Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse General Liability caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive litigation plans, including high-stakes depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Mentor associate attorneys and legal support staff, providing guidance on case development and professional growth.
Technical Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and Texas Bar Membership in good standing.
- Minimum of 4+ years of General Liability or Insurance Defense litigation experience.
