Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on U.S. federal and state employment law matters including wage-and-hour, leave laws, and worker classification.
- Draft, review, and maintain employment-related documents like offer letters, policies, and separation agreements.
- Partner with HR on personnel matters and conduct internal investigations.
What You Bring:
- Law degree and active license to practice in the Philippines; U.S. law degree or bar admission strongly preferred.
- Significant experience or formal education in U.S. employment and labor law.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work independently.
