Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on U.S. federal and state employment law matters including wage-and-hour, leave laws, and worker classification.
  • Draft, review, and maintain employment-related documents like offer letters, policies, and separation agreements.
  • Partner with HR on personnel matters and conduct internal investigations.

What You Bring:

  • Law degree and active license to practice in the Philippines; U.S. law degree or bar admission strongly preferred.
  • Significant experience or formal education in U.S. employment and labor law.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work independently.
