As the People Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping Okendo's systems and processes running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of the HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration, while also helping to shape the structures that support a high-performing, people-first culture.

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join the team and support one of our key clients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and administration of HR policies and processes, as well as employee experience ceremonies. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment processes and contribute to company-wide HR activities.
