HR Operations Specialist - German Speaking

What You'll Do:

• Manage HR operations across assigned European countries, including onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions for day-to-day HR queries and employment matters.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external partners to ensure compliant and consistent HR service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, or a similar client-facing HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
