Senior HR Compliance & Escalations Specialist – EMEA

About the Role:

• The Senior HR Compliance & Escalations Specialist is an employee- and client-facing role focused on solving complex employment challenges across EMEA.
• You will be the escalation point for high-priority cases requiring sound judgement, strong compliance knowledge, and calm communication.
• This role is ideal for a hands-on HR Operations professional with strong multi-country EMEA compliance experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior escalation point, taking ownership from initial assessment through to a compliant resolution.
• Provide practical guidance on employment compliance, contracts, leave, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Lead sensitive conversations with empathy, de-escalate concerns, and drive cases to resolution.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive HR Operations, Employee Relations, or employment-compliance experience in a multi-country EMEA environment.
• Strong knowledge of Spain, France, and Germany employment practices preferred.
• Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations and manage ticket-based case queues.
