HR Contact Center Representative

Serves as primary contact for employees, retirees, and family member inquiries for assistance / information and is responsible for resolution and general accountability for overall high-quality service and timeliness. The representative obtains and provides requested information or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer, or escalate issues.

MSW Intern

MSW Interns are vital and equally part of driving change and supporting key LST initiatives by providing comprehensive programmatic support. Interns learn how to build and bridge services, cultivate relationships across multi-disciplinary teams, and work alongside learners on a 1:1 basis to provide individual and specific success planning. Interns will learn case management, workshop facilitation, and project management and dive into community-based resource acquisition.
