Job Description

This remote role involves being a primary contact for U.S. and Puerto Rico associates at all levels, providing information on HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include assisting associates with HR inquiries related to topics such as benefits, W2s, and 1095s, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines, delivering professional, confidential, and excellent customer service, and documenting cases and escalating complex issues when needed. Job duties include responding to associate inquiries through multiple contact modes, assisting associates and managers with HR systems navigation, documenting call summaries, escalating complex issues, maintaining compliance, developing expertise in HR topics, and participating in special projects. The position offers the opportunity to work fully remote (with occasional on-site days), gain experience in a dynamic HR environment, and have a flexible schedule.
