Employee Relations Specialist, EMEA - 12 Month Contract

Role Overview:

• Manage complex ER casework across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, including performance management, disciplinary matters, and terminations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, HRBPs, and Legal on employment law and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns, policy violations, and employee complaints.
• Support consultation activities with Works Councils and employee representative bodies, ensuring statutory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Employee Relations experience supporting multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and experience with organizational change initiatives.
