Primary Duties:
- Consults on complex employee relations issues including performance management, workplace conflicts, and policy violations.
- Conducts internal investigations related to allegations such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
- Tracks case progress, identifies gaps, and drives cultural adoption of ER through training and communication.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in employee relations, HR generalist, HR business partner, or labor/employment law.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of US employment law, EEO regulations, and workplace anti-discrimination laws.
