Employee Relations:
- Responds to, investigates, and resolves employee relations issues thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Identifies trends and potential risk, escalates accordingly, and provides training on investigations and documentation.
- Handles high volume of cases based on severity and risk.
Management Guidance:
- Provides compliance-backed guidance to managers on all HR-related questions, including progressive discipline, terminations, and wage and hour inquiries.
- Advises and trains managers in best employee relations practices and conflict resolution strategies.
- Develops additional training as needed.
Compliance and Support:
- Maintains awareness of pending state/local regulations and supports Senior Compliance Manager in training creation.
- Serves as key contact for regional people inquiries, manages ADA accommodation requests, and oversees Background Check process.
- Conducts HR audits and fulfills legal requests to drive accountability and process improvement.
