What You’ll Do:

  • Lead sensitive investigations from intake through resolution, including interviewing team members, analyzing data from internal systems, writing investigation reports, and recommending next steps.
  • Coach and advise leaders on complex team member relations issues, including performance management, while helping them manage business and company risk.
  • Support proactive programs that help prevent workplace issues and concerns before they escalate.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Progressive employee or team member relations experience, including leading complex, multi-party workplace investigations.
  • Working knowledge of United States employment law relevant to team member relations, including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and EEOC processes.
  • Ability to influence change without direct authority and build support for programs and policy changes across functions.

  • The team partners closely with Legal, People Business Partners, and leaders across regions to manage sensitive cases, identify trends, improve policies and programs.
