Senior Absence Management Partner

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full lifecycle of leave of absence programs, including documentation intake, leave wage reporting, and accurate case processing.
• Track leave requests across the HRIS, identify dependencies, and recommend improvements to compliance and team member experience.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects involving HRIS configuration, vendor implementation, and process redesign.

What You’ll Bring:

• Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts and guide stakeholders.
• Experience administering global leave and accommodation programs with cross-functional partners.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage sensitive and time-critical work.

About the Team:

• The Absence Management team supports the full range of time away requests, including PTO, holidays, sick time, parental leave, and leaves of absence.
• The team works closely with the manager and stakeholders to ensure consistent policy application, legal compliance, and thoughtful guidance for team members worldwide.
