Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for HR partners on leave and accommodation matters.
- Own the operational meeting cadence and ensure consistent achievement of service objectives.
- Act as subject-matter expert on FMLA, state leave laws, and ADA accommodation process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in absence management or leave administration.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
