Key Responsibilities:
- Administer health, life, and disability insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Manage leave-of-absence, workers' compensation, and PTO programs.
- Ensure accurate enrollments and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED plus 7 years of relevant experience or Associate's degree with 5 years of HR/Benefits experience.
- Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, etc.) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal/state leave laws, auditing, and HR systems.
Work Environment:
- Remote, hybrid, or on-site options available to support business needs.
- No travel required.
