Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations for benefits and leave programs, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA.
  • Provides day-to-day benefits support, assists with enrollment, and manages vendor relationships.
  • Conducts regular financial reviews, audits benefits data, and ensures accuracy in HRIS and billing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 5+ years of benefits administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state leave management and federal/state benefits laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical problem-solving skills.
