Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end payroll processing for US employees and contractors.
  • Administer equity programs and manage cap table platforms.
  • Manage leave programs including FMLA and state-specific leaves.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll, benefits, or HR operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll software.
  • Knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax law and leave regulations.
