Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for US employees and contractors.
- Administer equity programs and manage cap table platforms.
- Manage leave programs including FMLA and state-specific leaves.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll, benefits, or HR operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll software.
- Knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax law and leave regulations.
