Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise all aspects of the ADA/ADAAA interactive process network-wide.
- Initiate and manage documentation of all ADA/ADAAA claims.
- Act as liaison between team members, leave providers, department leaders, and Team Health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years HR experience with knowledge of ADA and leave laws.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
