Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise all aspects of the ADA/ADAAA interactive process network-wide.
  • Initiate and manage documentation of all ADA/ADAAA claims.
  • Act as liaison between team members, leave providers, department leaders, and Team Health.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years HR experience with knowledge of ADA and leave laws.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
