Mental Health Leave and Accommodations Clinician

Responsibilities:

• Perform objective mental health evaluations to assess symptomatology and functional impairment for leave and accommodation requests.
• Develop concise, professional evaluation summaries with clear clinical rationale and recommendations.
• Offer ethical treatment plan recommendations and care pathways aligned with clinical needs and workplace considerations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field with unrestricted psychotherapy license.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to produce clear, objective documentation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary remote team.
