Role Overview:
- Guide employees and client organizations through leave of absence and accommodation cases.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave programs.
- Act as a trusted extension of client HR teams with empathy and regulatory expertise.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end leave administration and communication with employees and stakeholders.
- Determine eligibility and issue required notices within regulatory timelines.
- Provide updates and support return-to-work planning and accommodation decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5+ years of HR experience including 2+ years in leave administration.
- Strong knowledge of leave regulations and ability to manage multiple cases in a structured environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal skills.
