Senior Team Member Relations Partner

Role Overview:

• Lead sensitive and complex workplace investigations from intake through resolution, including conducting interviews, reviewing internal data, documenting findings, preparing reports, and recommending appropriate next steps.
• Coach and advise managers and leaders on complex team member relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, policy application, and organizational risk.
• Partner with Legal and People Business Partners to assess cases, provide context, support consistent decision-making, and determine appropriate courses of action.

Qualifications:

• Progressive experience in employee relations, including ownership of complex multi-party investigations and sensitive cases.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEOC); familiarity with other regions is a plus.
• Strong influencing skills, excellent communication, and ability to adapt guidance to different regulatory, cultural, and business environments.
