Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee exits including resignations, terminations, and redundancies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead sensitive conversations on workforce reductions and disciplinary matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as legal, payroll, and benefits to ensure smooth processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, Business Partner, or Employee Relations Specialist in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions and ability to interpret legislation.
- Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills with comfort managing difficult conversations.
