Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, prioritizing a superior offboarding experience.
• Provide sound guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer, and redundancy, ensuring legal compliance.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations.

Key Requirements and Characteristics:

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
• Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills with high professionalism and confidentiality.
