Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, drafting contracts, and offboarding tasks.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and documentation accuracy.
- Act as primary liaison for international clients, providing ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in employee onboarding administration, preferably global.
- Professional English proficiency required; native Polish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
