About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end immigration processes as a trusted advisor to clients and foreign nationals.
  • Take full ownership of a portfolio, going beyond processing to shape and improve workflows.
  • Work in a fast-moving environment with real responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate with foreign nationals and client HR, setting expectations and adhering to SLAs.
  • Prepare and draft applications, collaborate with third-party vendors, and maintain accurate records via case management systems.
  • Attend client calls, liaise with immigration authorities, and ensure accurate billing.

What We Look For:

  • 2–4 years of immigration experience, with strong knowledge of global or multi-country programs.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
