Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file cases for acceptance and approval including H-1B, I-140, I-485, and client-relevant NIV/IV.
  • Perform client management and consult for small business potential clients.
  • Provide support to Managing Attorney on enterprise clients and provide leadership to assigned teams.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admittance to the State Bar.
  • 1-3 years of related experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, E visas, and PERM.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
