Role and Responsibilities:
- Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients.
- Represent detained and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings.
- Manage workload of cases and conduct intake at detention centers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law Experience.
- Record of moving legal cases forward and managing a caseload.
- Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications.
