About the Role:
- We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist for a part-time contract role, blending traditional HR with people operations.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Run performance feedback cycles end-to-end, including process building and communications.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, investigating professionally and guiding toward resolutions.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with federal and state laws, including multi-state compliance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience spanning traditional HR and people operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations with strong listening and de-escalation skills.
- Solid understanding of HR legal compliance across multiple U.S. states.
