Areas of Responsibility:
- Run the rollout and ongoing management of performance feedback cycles.
- Support employee engagement by identifying patterns and recommending improvements.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience spanning traditional HR and people operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and legal compliance across multiple states.
- Systems thinker with ability to own projects end-to-end and handle crisis management.
Nice to Have:
- Working knowledge of employer benefits administration.
- Experience supporting a high-growth startup or consumer app company.
- SHRM certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or equivalent preferred.
