- Analyze HR metrics and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with government contractor regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
- Proficiency with Paycom, Deltek Costpoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
