Job Overview:
- Veilant is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to act as a trusted advisor and direct partner to the CHRO.
- This role involves owning onboarding, employee relations, compliance in a federal contracting environment, and shaping programs for workforce engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee relations investigations, manager coaching, and talent lifecycle ownership.
- Drive compliance and audit readiness with regulations like VEVRAA, EEO, and Disability.
- Analyze HR metrics and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with government contractor regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
- Proficiency with Paycom, Deltek Costpoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
