What You’ll Do:
- Onboard and offboard team members, maintain employee files, and update handbooks.
- Provide guidance on HR processes, compliance, and employee relations.
- Manage leave programs, benefits enrollment, and payroll changes.
HR Milestones:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with in-depth knowledge of best practices.
- Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
