Employee Support:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers on policies and procedures.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and HR system updates.

HR Business Partnership:

  • Ensure data accuracy within HRIS and prepare reports for business leaders.
