Employee Support:
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers on policies and procedures.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and HR system updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate support to maintain a positive employee experience.
HR Business Partnership:
- Assist HRBPs with organizational initiatives, manager coaching, and employee relations.
- Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, and compensation processes.
- Participate in restructures and workforce planning activities.
Talent Management & Compliance:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to facilitate hiring and onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support audits, HR metrics, and process improvements.
Compensation & Operations:
- Process employee changes, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Support monthly sales performance reviews and annual merit/bonus cycles.
- Ensure data accuracy within HRIS and prepare reports for business leaders.
