Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary owner of Workday Benefits configuration and lead annual Open Enrollment.
- Design and deliver advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Optimize Workday business processes and lead HRIS projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 2–5 years of Workday.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Reporting, and Security.
- Strong experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
