Job Summary:
- Support client initiatives and deliver strategic benefits solutions.
- Manage a growing client base in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Participate in carrier negotiations and renewals.
- Assist clients in understanding and complying with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in employee benefits or HR benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of group health, life, disability, and ancillary insurance products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
