Job Summary:

  • Support client initiatives and deliver strategic benefits solutions.
  • Manage a growing client base in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • Participate in carrier negotiations and renewals.
  • Assist clients in understanding and complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in employee benefits or HR benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of group health, life, disability, and ancillary insurance products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
