  • Lead the development and execution of Pebl’s global benefits strategy across 150+ countries.
  • Define and evolve a scalable global benefits roadmap, including standardization frameworks and localized offerings.

Vendor & Broker Ecosystem Leadership:

  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across regions and teams.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for global and U.S. benefits operations.
  • Set clear priorities, KPIs, and accountability structures.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
