Global (iEOR) Benefits Strategy & Roadmap:
- Lead the development and execution of Pebl’s global benefits strategy across 150+ countries.
- Define and evolve a scalable global benefits roadmap, including standardization frameworks and localized offerings.
- Ensure benefits design supports market expansion, competitiveness, and client needs.
Vendor & Broker Ecosystem Leadership:
- Own and optimize Pebl’s global broker and vendor ecosystem.
- Lead selection, negotiation, and performance management of partners.
- Establish governance frameworks (SLAs, scorecards, QBRs) to ensure consistency, quality, and cost efficiency.
Implementation, Renewals & Operational Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end implementation and renewal workflows globally and in the U.S.
- Ensure consistent, scalable processes across enrollments, renewals, and administration.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across regions and teams.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for global and U.S. benefits operations.
- Set clear priorities, KPIs, and accountability structures.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
