Assist internal and external stakeholders to deliver on priorities and business objectives, playing a key supporting role in enabling significant social change and impacting lives on a global scale. Responsibilities include people related needs, regional management/operations, finance and business systems support, and entity operations and compliance.

As a Business Operations Manager, you will develop and maintain strategic relationships with local EORs in the APAC region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing value for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies and internal initiatives to drive overall business growth.

Be a member of the Order Operations team, ensuring orders are closed won and booked per company policies. Offer quoting and order operations support, create enablement content, and work with Finance on booking issues. Support the Partner organization and participate in documenting processes for automation and efficiency.
