Gauntlet

Transform mathematical models into production code that powers live trading strategies and build and optimize vault strategies across multiple asset types while conducting comprehensive risk assessment using statistical methods and designing and running controlled experiments to measure strategy performance.

This role owns the productization of Gauntlet’s core metrics for both internal decision making and external transparency. You will define what we measure, how we measure it, and how the company and our community consume it. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Growth to deliver accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across vaults and platform features.
