Clinical Trial Manager

Position Summary:

• Serve as the clinical trial lead responsible for the planning, conduct, and oversight of the operational portion of clinical studies.
• Ensure clinical studies are conducted in accordance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary clinical point of contact with clients and collaborate with the PM on monthly invoicing and variance management.
• Develop study-related clinical documents, train CRAs and vendors, and lead internal clinical team meetings.
• Oversee site feasibility, recruitment/retention strategies, and metric reporting to ensure study timelines and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field with 5-8 years of clinical research experience and significant clinical monitoring experience.
• Experience in Phase 1 FIH and healthy volunteer clinical trials, with Mandarin language proficiency required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
