Partner Compliance Manager

Role Overview:

• Support a global partner organization's Customer Success Practice Maturity Program.
• Evaluate partner capabilities against established maturity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform documentation reviews, paper evidence evaluation, and artifact auditing.
• Assess evidence against the letter and spirit of the law to ensure true alignment.
• Communicate findings and requirements clearly to partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Auditing, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in audit, compliance, quality assurance, or document review.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $43–$45 per hour on W2, ongoing contract.
