Role Overview:
- Manage CMS and State Administering Agency audits for PACE compliance.
- Ensure audit readiness and serve as point with audit teams.
- Champion compliance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor audit universe data and review policies and procedures.
- Develop corrective action plans and report to leadership.
- Collaborate with Population Health and Practice Operations on audit impacts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years healthcare audit experience and active RN license.
- PACE compliance, DHCS, CMS, and Epic experience preferred.
- Strong data interpretation, communication, and organizational skills.
