Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits on clinical documentation for clinicians.
- Develop audit surveys and rubrics for transparency.
- Pull cases for auditing and track results in department systems.
Requirements:
- Licensed Registered Nurse with active license.
- 2+ years as a Registered Nurse.
- 2+ years in a clinical care setting.
Bonus Points:
- Health plan case management experience.
- Healthcare quality assurance experience.
- CCM or MCG certification.
Pay and Benefits:
- Base pay varies by location: $75,265 - $109,761 per year.
- Eligibility for unlimited vacation program, annual bonuses, and employee benefits.
