Manager, Complex Clinical Review

About the Opportunity:

• Leverage your nursing background and clinical review expertise to manage a remote team of nurses performing clinical review audits.
• Use your leadership experience to drive strategy activities such as needs assessments, capacity planning, and ensuring productivity and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the Complex Clinical Bill Review team, managing production expectations, SLAs, and client communication.
• Analyze and track internal business requirements, continuously evaluate functionality, and perform requirements gathering for process issues.
• Monitor team performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate system enhancements.

What You Bring:

• Current unrestricted nursing license in good standing, with certified coding certification a plus.
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a similar business environment, with experience managing remote staff.
• 3+ years performing clinical audits of itemized bills and diverse nursing experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
