What You'll Do:
- Lead daily workflow of a remote RN team up to 20 members, ensuring productivity and metrics.
- Audit clinical documentation and RN performance for compliance with APCM protocols.
- Coach RNs through structured feedback and manage performance improvement plans.
What You Need:
- Active compact RN license with 5+ years of RN practice in chronic care management.
- 1+ year supervisory experience with clinical quality assurance and performance management.
- Experience leading remote clinical workforce and fluency with AI-assisted tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $80,000-$100,000 annually with potential incentive compensation.
