About the Role:
- You will supervise an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- You will lead initiatives improving clinical care and launching programs.
- You will ensure regulatory compliance and efficient coverage.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with 5 years direct care experience including 2 in palliative or hospice care.
- 2 years of people management experience and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work Pacific Time hours.
Compensation:
- Salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually, with California range higher at $100,000-$125,000.
