Job Summary:
- This remote position supports enterprise-wide Virtual Health Services, delivering comprehensive care via telehealth.
- The role involves travel to support implementations and requires strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Virtual RN for 50% of the role, providing direct patient care during implementations.
- Virtually collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and educate patients.
- Dedicate 50% to Care Transformation: orienting VIC RNs, leading simulations, and monitoring workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing and 5 years of acute care nursing experience.
- 3 years of nursing preceptor experience and 2 years in a nursing leadership role.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
