This role is remote-based in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, or Florida. The Associate Director provides educational leadership, inspires a team of Oncology Nurse Educators, and supports nursing education strategies. The AD will collaborate with field leadership and HQ partners on strategy to provide clinically relevant, evidence-based disease state and patient management education in support of safe and effective use of AbbVie products.
As a Director of Nursing | DON | RN, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents. You will also be responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.
The WEP Clinical Associate Director of Clinical Nursing Operations will oversee and manage nursing clinical research operations at the regional level. As the Associate Director of Clinical Nursing Operations, you will act as a regional clinical leader responsible for driving operational execution, developing the nursing workforce, and implementing quality initiatives. The role will foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
