Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and clinical leadership for assigned teams, ensuring patient-centered care delivery.
- Lead implementation of organizational initiatives and performance improvement efforts to achieve quality and business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, mentorship, performance management, and professional development of team members.
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered NP license with Master’s degree in Nursing and board certification.
- Minimum 5+ years as an NP in direct patient care and 3-5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, with experience in value-based care, telehealth, or geriatrics preferred.
Additional Information:
- Position is predominantly remote, with up to 25% travel locally or nationally.
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, EHRs, and healthcare technology platforms.
- Supervisory responsibility and ability to provide backup coverage for staffing gaps and high-volume periods.
