As a Medical Director at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in supervising and supporting our team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), owning the development and implementation of clinical policies and protocols, and collaborating closely with our Population Health team to ensure excellent outcomes for underserved communities.

As the Director, Acute Care, you'll lead a team providing virtual and in-home acute services to children with special healthcare needs. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, partnering with the Acute Care Medical Director, managing relationships, and leading initiatives to expand acute care services and improve processes ensuring high-quality care.
