Clinical Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor provider workloads and patient queues using clinical systems.
• Coordinate follow-up on unresolved messages and urgent escalations.
• Track operational metrics and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner degree and active U.S. NP license preferred.
• Telehealth, EMR, and clinical operations experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and autonomous work style.
