About the Role:
- Oversee daily operational performance of remote clinical provider network including DOs and NPs.
- Monitor provider workloads, patient communication queues, and response times to ensure timely care.
Provider Coordination:
- Track pending consultations, messages, and clinical tasks; escalate workload imbalances to leadership.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and support standardized escalation procedures.
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner degree and active U.S. NP license preferred.
- Experience in telehealth, EMR systems, and clinical operations.
