Job Summary:
- This remote position delivers comprehensive, coordinated health services via telehealth.
- Approximately 50% of the role involves direct staffing and travel for market implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate virtually with physicians, nurses, and health care team members for clinical care.
- Assess patient status virtually and establish interdisciplinary plans of care.
- Respond to routine, urgent, and emergent patient problems with effective decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing and 5 years of acute care nursing experience.
- 3 years nursing preceptor experience and 2 years in a nursing leadership role.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proficiency with virtual healthcare technologies.
