Overview:
- The Virtual/Telehealth RN delivers high-quality patient care remotely using virtual platforms.
- The role combines clinical expertise, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to support patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote assessments, triage, and education via phone, video, chat, and digital platforms.
- Develop individualized care plans and make appropriate referrals to Emory services.
- Document interactions in the EMR and maintain compliance with HIPAA and ANA standards.
Qualifications:
- BSN or ADN with relevant nursing experience and a current compact/multistate RN license.
- BLS certification and proficiency in telephone triage and EMR systems required.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Work From Home:
- Must comply with Emory's Work From Home Agreement.
- Requires high-speed internet and a private, confidential home workspace.
